Parent/Teacher Conferences
October 17 and 18 are our mandatory parent-teacher conferences. Conferences will be from 1pm-7pm on Thursday, October 17 and from 7am to 1pm on Friday, October 18. Below is a link for online sign-up for parents to choose a time to meet with the homeroom teacher. Please remember these conferences are mandatory and students are expected to attend. We will be hosting a mini bookfair during conferences for families to shop online or in Tenpenny Hall.
Last chance to choose your Yearbook/Composite Picture - due October 10, 2024
Families - All fall school pictures taken are now available to view online. Please go online to choose which School Picture will appear in your Yearbook/Composite.*
To view and select your photo, look for an email sent to you by “Visual Image Photography”, or go to vipis.com to search for your gallery. (A student ID number may be required.) If you have any questions or cannot find your images, please contact VIP at support@vipis.com.
*Your deadline to make your yearbook picture selection is October 10th (after which VIP will choose a picture for you.) There is no deadline to order photo packages.
Catholic Schools Walk Fundraiser
This year’s Catholic Schools Walk will take place on Friday, October 11 at 1pm during the school day. Students who raise $10.00 or more in funds will be invited to participate in our outdoor walking event on the playground during school hours. This year we are walking to raise funds to purchase classroom interactive whiteboards. Students, families, friends, parishioners, alumni, teachers, staff, and supporters are welcome to contribute to our goal.
Donations raised by our school will help us reach our fundraising goal of $3,000! The impact of your donation will do even more to help our school, as generous Catholic Education Walk sponsors have stepped up to match a portion of donations we receive.

Our top student fund-raiser will get to be principal for the day, our top 5 fund-raisers will get to participate in a Culver’s lunch trip, and all students who participate in the actual walk will get to be out of uniform on the day of the walk.

Safe Environment Training
As a reminder, all adults who wish to volunteer for school-sponsored activities must attend a Safe Environment training session as mandated by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. This requirement is necessary for parents who wish to chaperone field trips, participate in classroom activities, or volunteer for school events. A new archdiocesan policy now requires all people who want to distribute candy at Trunk R Treat to be certified.
